ResponsibilitiesManages operational reporting and analytics functions for the health system. Supervises the development,review, and distribution of dashboards and reports critical for successful operating performance. Translatesbusiness data into meaningful information and clearly communicates critical information to leadership to improveperformance and decision making. Provides consultative, technical, and decision-making support to entity andsystem support management. Maintains strict confidentiality of all patient, provider, and company data.Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field Required
  • Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5 years of progressive experience in operational and financial reporting and analysis in a health care organization required
  • Advanced computer skills with a strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs along with experience using business intelligence and decision support systems required
  • Experience using healthcare and business software packages and database systems; Tableau experience preferred
