Job description

Description:

The Analytics Manager, Data & Reporting plays a central role in Flora's client-facing analytics function, supporting the production of reporting deliverables, dashboards, and data narratives across key pharmaceutical and health tech accounts. This individual works closely with the VP, Product and COO to execute on analytics workflows, maintain reporting frameworks, and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders. 


This is a hands-on, delivery-oriented role well-suited for someone who is proficient with data visualization tools, comfortable working across multiple client accounts simultaneously, and eager to grow within a fast-paced healthcare analytics environment. 

Requirements:

1.  Client Reporting & Analytics Execution 

  • Produce and deliver analytics reports and dashboards for assigned pharma client accounts (e.g., Salix, Acadia, Swoop) these may include Script Lift Reports, custom reports, brand performance studies, case studies, and more. 
  • Ensure all reporting outputs are accurate, on-time, and aligned to client needs and brand objectives 
  • Customize data visualizations and narrative summaries for audiences with varying levels of data fluency 
  • Support preparation of performance summaries and benchmark reports used in client reviews and business development 

2.  Dashboard & Visualization Development 

  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker 
  • Translate business requirements into clean, client-ready visual reports and data stories 
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of standardized reporting templates across reseller relationships
  • Support the EvergreenIQ client reporting interface by contributing data views and testing dashboard features 

3.  Data Management & Quality Assurance 

  • Query and pull structured data from first and third party databases, SQL databases, or equivalent environments 
  • Ensure data accuracy through QA processes before reports are delivered to clients or leadership 
  • Maintain organized, well-documented reporting assets that can be handed off or scaled across accounts 

4.  Workflow & Cross-Functional Support 

  • Help develop scalable reporting workflows  to reduce ad hoc lift and improve turnaround 
  • Flag bottlenecks, data issues, or turnaround risks early and proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders, driving teams to meaningful and timely resolutions 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (client services, product, and strategy) to support timely delivery 
  • Manage schedule to work effectively across time zones that span the United States and Hyderabad India 

Qualifications 

  • 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, data visualization, or insights roles 
  • Proficiency with at least one BI/visualization tool: Tableau, Power BI, or Looker 
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for data formatting and client storytelling 
  • Experience with SQL (or willingness to learn) for data extraction and querying 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously with high attention to detail 
  • Clear communicator with experience presenting data findings to varied audiences 
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or health tech strongly preferred 
  • Experience participating in the development/launch of data products strongly preferred 
  • Relevant experience with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare data required 
  • Experience partnering with growth owners to drive data product adoption strongly preferred
