Job description

Overview

CTG is seeking an experienced Marketing Reporting & Analytics Manager to support the development and execution of a global marketing measurement and reporting framework for a high-profile sponsorship and marketing initiative. This role will be responsible for driving reporting governance, performance analytics, ROI measurement, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment across multiple business organizations.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise, executive reporting capabilities, and project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.

Location: Morrisville, NC

Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead coordination of marketing performance reporting across global teams, business groups, finance, analytics, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Establish reporting governance, data collection processes, timelines, and operating procedures.
  • Aggregate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support performance measurement and ROI reporting.
  • Create executive-ready dashboards, reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
  • Identify trends, reporting gaps, risks, and opportunities while providing actionable recommendations.
  • Manage recurring reporting cadences, stakeholder reviews, and working sessions.
  • Track dependencies, deliverables, and action items across multiple teams.
  • Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, measurement methodologies, and data quality standards.
Required Skills
  • Marketing analytics, reporting, and business intelligence expertise.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into concise executive-level insights.

Required Experience

  • Proven success operating in highly matrixed, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with marketing performance metrics, ROI measurement, and executive reporting.
Preferred Experience
  • Large-scale marketing programs, sponsorships, events, or transformation initiatives.
  • Global organization experience with cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
  • Familiarity with marketing measurement frameworks, attribution models, and ROI reporting methodologies.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
