We design, develop, integrate, market, and service these advanced machines, enabling the world's leading chipmakers to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, resulting in smaller, more powerful consumer electronics.
Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations across the United States, including major sites in Texas, Arizona, California, Connecticut, and Oregon.
Customer Supply Chain is responsible for all customer supply chain activities, including machine deliveries, upgrades at customer sites, spare parts management, inbound and outbound logistics, and maintaining materials and tooling used by ASML field engineers and service teams.

Role and Responsibilities
The Repair Technician will be responsible for supporting ASML's repair and maintenance operations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through accountability, responsiveness, and dedication to quality. This role is ideal for technically minded individuals seeking to build a career in repair, maintenance, and supply chain operations within a high-tech environment.
The position is based in a climate-controlled warehouse environment with an integrated cleanroom and supports tooling repair operations throughout the United States.
Repair Performance
  • Support repair and maintenance activities for engineer tooling and equipment.
  • Restore tools to full functional condition while maintaining or improving operational quality.
  • Work closely with team leads and repair technicians to support daily repair operations.
  • Drive quality by maintaining clean work practices and returning assets in equal or better condition than received.
  • Support cooperation between local, regional, and central supply chain teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Meet repair turnaround and return targets to support operational demands

Calibration and Certification
  • Support operations and tool maintenance through calibration services.
  • Coordinate certification activities with third-party certification providers following maintenance and repair.
  • Maintain records and documentation required to support ISO and regional compliance standards.

Process and Documentation
  • Maintain repair logs and accurately document all work performed.
  • Follow established processes for tool receipt, repair, storage, and return.
  • Support inventory management and equipment tracking activities within the warehouse and cleanroom environment.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into repair and asset management systems.

Cost Management
  • Support operational cost objectives and performance targets.
  • Assist with cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support departmental operational and financial goals.

Process Improvement and Development
  • Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives focused on tool availability, maintenance efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Drive process standardization and LEAN improvements.
  • Develop and maintain repair documentation and work instructions.
  • Support personal development and technical training to advance repair capabilities and job proficiency.

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associate degree, technical certification, vocational training, military technical experience, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant repair, maintenance, assembly, calibration, or hands-on technical experience preferred.
  • Experience with mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics, or warehouse environments is beneficial.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in repair and maintenance operations.
