What We Offer:

  • The starting base compensation for this position is $69,370 - $101,058/yr. Actual pay will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

  • This position is eligible to earn monthly incentive pay based upon store sales and overall performance.

  • Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off. Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off.

Your Impact as an Automotive Repair Manager:

  • Lead all aspects of Car Care Center operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, purchasing, workflow, customer service, and financial performance.

  • Drive sales attainment, revenue growth, and profitability through effective pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, operational excellence, and customer retention efforts.

  • Recruit, hire, develop, coach, and evaluate associates while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Identify and coordinate technical, leadership, and sales training opportunities to maintain a highly skilled and customer-focused workforce.

  • Monitor customer interactions and service quality to ensure exceptional customer experiences while effectively resolving escalated concerns and complaints.

  • Review repair recommendations, service needs, and estimates with customers as needed, ensuring transparency and trust throughout the repair process.

  • Develop and manage facility budgets, monitor expenses, and drive performance to achieve annual revenue and net income goals.

  • Analyze operational, financial, and KPI data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure business objectives are achieved.

  • Lead the team in achieving productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals while maintaining compliance with company standards and performance expectations.

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, vendors, and community organizations to generate new business opportunities and strengthen AAA's presence in the market.

  • Serve as the facility's Health & Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, environmental, and local regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with regional leadership and corporate partners to implement best practices, process improvements, and operational initiatives.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to associates as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • Associate degree or equivalent required. A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience within the automotive industry required.

  • 3 years of prior leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred.

  • ASE Master Technician Certification strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success leading teams, driving business performance, and achieving operational goals.

  • Strong understanding of automotive service operations, workflow management, and customer service best practices.

  • Ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, and key performance indicators to drive business decisions.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and automotive management software applications.

  • Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with cross-functional teams and support departments.

  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience and an acceptable driving record.

  • Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission passenger vehicles and light-to-medium duty trucks.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screenings, including background and drug screening.
