The mission of this full-time position is to deliver exceptional support and service to financial advisors and their teams by ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient billing operations. You will maintain clean and reliable data systems, processing account changes with precision, and producing customized reports for advisors. Through proactive communication, ongoing audits, and collaborative problem-solving, you will facilitate seamless billing cycles.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage quarterly billing cycle for Schwab Investment Advisory fee collection
  • Ensure the integrity of Orion data and other data, both internal and third party, related to the calculation of fees and support of compliance monitoring
  • Review billing reports for discrepancies and make any necessary corrections
  • Review and place trades to support the collection of fees
  • Supervise the Investment Advisory Billing Team
  • Assist in the development and testing of new software systems supporting fee collection
  • Assist in the development and testing of Orion based systems supporting compliance monitoring
  • Assist with Investment Advisory operations including account opening, trading, money movement and other service requests
  • Assist Financial Advisors in tailoring fee collection parameters for clients' specific needs
  • Additional duties as may be required

Education, Training & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with an accounting or finance degree preferred
