Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Business Intelligence Analyst to join our BI team, with a focus on analytics engineering, AI enablement and reporting. This role centers on building and maintaining data models and dashboards that power insights across the organization.

Youโ€™ll partner with stakeholders across teams to translate data into scalable data models and clear, actionable reporting. This is a strong fit for someone early in their career with a drive to develop both technical and business-facing analytics skills, with meaningful ownership from the start.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Support analytics requests across multiple business areas (e.g., Product, Sales, Customer Success)

  • Exploring datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities - not just fulfill defined reporting requests

  • Contributing to and learning from the Business Intelligence teamโ€™s analytics development ecosystem

  • Building and maintaining data models and dashboards to support business decision-making

In Business Intelligence, we are looking for candidates with:

  • Foundational experience with SQL and data analysis

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred, but not required)

  • Curiosity about data and a desire to understand the โ€œwhyโ€ behind trends and patterns

  • Ability to explore datasets and draw basic insights, with guidance as needed

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality

  • Comfort working with some ambiguity and asking questions to clarify business needs

  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to present data and insights in a clear and structured way (written or visual)

Preferred:

  • Exposure to data modeling concepts (experience with dbt is a plus)

  • Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses

  • Exposure to Python or interest in using AI-assisted tools to improve workflows (preferred, not required)

  • Familiarity with the U.S. education system or edtech space

Qualifications

For this role, you should have:

  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or a related field (including internships, academic projects, or bootcamps)

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)

Additional Information

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
