About The Role Aligned is expanding its team of expert consultants with talented PhD Italian Studies experts for immediate part‐time, fully remote work supporting AI research. Projects start at $50‐55 USD/hour for newly approved experts and can scale upwards of $100 USD/hour for high‐performing experts. We are seeking individuals with a PhD in Italian literature, Italian Renaissance studies, Italian art history, or Italian language and culture.

Minimum Qualifications Native or fluent English speaker and can confidently write at the university level. PhD in Italian literature, Italian Renaissance studies, Italian art history, Italian language and culture, or a closely related field from a reputable university. Minimum of 3 years of academic or professional experience in Italian studies at a well‐regarded organization.
Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex cultural and literary concepts clearly to both expert and non‐expert audiences.
