Mind Wealth Wellness Center is actively seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. This full-time position provides the flexibility of a remote work environment while focusing on delivering quality care to children and families. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in empowering developmental growth in the early years, ensuring that every child can realize their full potential.

Work Environment

As a remote position, our Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily engage with families through virtual platforms while still collaborating with a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about child development. The remote work environment allows for flexibility and ensures that our SWS can engage meaningfully with families regardless of their geographical challenges. In addition to telehealth sessions, periodic in-office meetings may occur to promote team cohesion and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize evidence-based practices in all interactions, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations while promoting a safe and healthy learning environment.

  • Adapt interventions to accommodate various learning styles, ensuring effective engagement and support for each unique child.
  • Implement natural environment teaching techniques that foster skill development in the child's everyday surroundings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on children experiencing developmental delays or disabilities aged birth through three years. Our program aims to assess and enhance physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills, with tailored interventions designed to support not only the child but the entire family unit. Qualifications
