Regional Underwriting Manager - Loss Sensitive - Large Casualty Excess Workers' Compensation Underwriting - Chicago, IL
This is an exceptional opportunity with a California A++ rated Insurance Company client who is expanding. Client is looking for a candidate to oversee and grow a book of large account Excess Worker's Compensation Insurance. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in national accounts casualty underwriting including SIR's and Deductible Programs. Must have strong Worker's Compensation experience with Loss Sensitive pricing. You will be responsible for maintaining an existing book of business as well as expanding on the book within the Region. Strong retail brokerage relationships required as well as extensive knowledge of large account underwriting. Benefits are extremely generous. Call for immediate consideration. Salary will depend on experience level plus it is bonus eligible. This is managing a book-not people. Underwriting Excess Workers' Compensation and candidates with loss sensitive casualty underwriting experience will be considered. Travel 25%. Hybrid or remote working available.
