About the Position:
We are seeking a Certified Newtork/Windows Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our Microsoft Windows server and desktop environments. The ideal candidate will have experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization platforms, and enterprise infrastructure services. This role is responsible for ensuring system availability, security, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Server Administration:
  • Automation scripting: PowerShell proficiency for routine task automation and reporting.
  • Cluster management: Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server Failover Clustering.
  • IIS hardening: Implementation of SSL/TLS protocols and request filtering.
  • SCCM health: Monitoring site replication, creating workstation images, deploying software packages, WSUS patch integration. ***Experience setting up an SCCM environment from ground up VMware.
  • Resource management: High availability (HA) and Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS) configuration.
