• Maintain a personalized and flexible schedule by determining the number of clients managed through Headway, allowing you to create a work rhythm that suits your needs.
• Attract and grow your client caseload with the support of comprehensive marketing strategies and client referrals tailored to your expertise.
• Receive client matches based on your clinical preferences, helping to ensure a fulfilling and productive therapy experience.
• Deliver live, customized support to enhance both clinician and client experiences, ensuring a streamlined process for obtaining and delivering care.
• Utilize cutting-edge tools to verify client insurance benefits instantly, eliminating delays and empowering you to provide timely access to care.

Your work will focus on a diverse client base encompassing individuals facing a variety of mental health issues and substance use disorders. By utilizing personalized therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), you will aid clients in navigating their challenges and achieving their mental health goals. Your ability to adapt treatment approaches based on individual client needs and preferences will directly contribute to positive patient outcomes.

• A current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A dedicated home office space that ensures privacy and security for client interactions.
• Ability to meet all background and regulatory requirements necessary for practice.
• A solid understanding of mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Willingness to engage with technology throughout your workday, including proficiency with telehealth software and digital communication platforms.
• Experience collaborating with clients to set and achieve therapeutic goals effectively.
• A propensity for conducting comprehensive assessments to understand client needs thoroughly.

• Experience in a telehealth setting or proficiency with remote therapeutic techniques.
• Certification(s) in evidence-based practices, such as DBT or ACT, are highly advantageous.
• A proven record of engagement with diverse populations reflecting various cultural backgrounds and experiences.
• Prior involvement in a community health clinic or similar healthcare environment is a plus.

We offer competitive compensation within the range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Our benefit package includes:
