Zenith Wellness Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our innovative mental health team in a fully remote capacity. Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to create a working environment that suits your personal and professional needs. You will work in your home office, which should provide a private space for client sessions to ensure confidentiality and patient safety. By integrating technology seamlessly into your daily routines, you will contribute to a modern and efficient healthcare delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Set your own flexible schedule to determine the number of clients you see, allowing for a customized work-life balance.
• Utilize the Headway platform for marketing support and client referrals, assisting you in expanding your caseload over time.
• Receive client matches based on your clinical preferences, helping ensure that your professional interests and skills align with the needs of the clients you serve.
• Offer real-time, personalized support to help clients navigate the process of seeking care, enhancing both client and clinician experiences.
• Instantly verify client insurance benefits using automated systems, eliminating delays in accessing care and instilling confidence in your treatment sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as an LPC will allow you to work with a rich variety of clients, addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns from anxiety and depression to substance use disorders. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Your workspace must ensure confidentiality and privacy for client interactions.
• Meet all relevant background and regulatory requirements necessary for providing care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses and treatment methodologies is essential.
• Comfort in using technology, including telehealth software and online communication tools, is critical.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients to achieve set treatment goals is necessary.
• Experience with comprehensive assessments and customized treatment plans is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a telehealth framework is preferred.
• Previous involvement with evidence-based therapeutic techniques (e.g., DBT, ACT) is highly regarded.
• Previous experience working with diverse populations and various clinical issues will be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

Zenith Wellness Group offers competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. You will also benefit from:
