In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients seeking assistance for various mental health and substance use disorders. You’ll engage with individuals from different backgrounds and age groups requiring support for their unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance dependence. Your expertise will guide clients on their journeys toward recovery and well-being, enabling them to reach their goals effectively.

• Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A dedicated workspace that ensures privacy and confidentiality for client sessions.
• Compliance with all necessary background checks and regulatory requirements.
• Solid understanding of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.
• Proficient in using technology daily, including telehealth software, video conferencing tools, and internal communication platforms.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with clients to achieve therapy goals.
• Skilled in conducting comprehensive assessments to guide treatment planning.

• Experience in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Previous telehealth experience, enhancing your comfort and efficiency in remote counseling settings.
• Ability to effectively manage a remote caseload while maintaining a high standard of care for all clients.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, dependent on your expertise and caseload size. In addition, you will receive:
