Job Title: E-Commerce Merchandising Coordinator- REMOTE

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Ecommerce Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote; Eastern Time Zone Preferred

 

Position Summary:

The Ecommerce Merchandising Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring Trulieve's digital storefront delivers a consistent, accurate, and engaging experience for customers across Florida. This position is responsible for ensuring product integrity, pricing and promotional accuracy, and visual compliance across the website, supporting 160 + retail stores.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Merchandising & QA: Ensure accuracy of product listings, pricing, promotions, and
  • digital assets across Trulieve's ecommerce platform through proactive daily monitoring and functional collaboration.
  • Pricing & Promotional Accuracy: Partner with IT, Marketing, Creative and Retail teams to verify that pricing, discounts, and promotions are displayed correctly and activated on schedule.
  • Product Integrity: Confirm accurate product information, including descriptions, imagery, and categorization, ensuring new and back-in-stock products meet brand and compliance guidelines.
  • Auditing & Reporting: Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies, escalate issues promptly, and track resolution to maintain site accuracy and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a point of contact between web operations, CRM, and marketing to align online execution with business priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  •  Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive audits and deliver consistent, accurate reporting.
  •  Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital merchandising, and promotional workflows.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across marketing, IT, and retail teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Flexibility of hours - some nights and weekends required.

Work Schedule:

  • Hourly; total time TBD, with flexible hours depending on business needs. Some nights and weekends are required.
  • Staggered Work Schedules may be assigned.
