Green House is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Activator, College & University Partnerships to support the planning, coordination, and activation of strategic partnerships across colleges and universities. This role serves as a critical operational partner to the College & University (C&U) team, helping bring programs, events, and marketing initiatives to life while ensuring seamless execution behind the scenes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and enjoys coordinating the details that drive successful partnerships and activations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of strategic college and university partnerships by providing day-to-day coordination and operational support.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of campus activations, events, sponsorships, campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
  • Manage timelines, project trackers, action items, and deliverables to ensure programs are executed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up between internal teams, university partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, recaps, and supporting materials for partnership meetings and program reviews.
  • Track activation results, maintain documentation, and support post-event reporting and closeout activities.
  • Assist with budget management, including purchase orders, invoicing, expense tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate records, calendars, approvals, partnership documentation, and operational reporting tools.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, finance, field teams, and other internal stakeholders to support activation success.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance program execution.
Work Environment
  • This is a fully remote position with approximately 5% travel for team meetings, activations, partner events, and other business-related activities as needed.
  • Candidates must reside in the United States and be available to work standard business hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) or Central Time (CT).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative remote environment is essential.
Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, partnership management, event coordination, project management, or program operations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and proactively drive tasks to completion.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting college and university partnerships, higher education marketing programs, campus activations, sponsorships, or student engagement initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating events, experiential marketing activations, or partnership programs.
  • Experience supporting budgets, purchase orders, invoicing, expense management, and financial reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
  • Bonus Potential: 10% annually
  • Communication Allowance: $75 semi-monthly
  • Wellness Reimbursement: $50 per month
