About The Role
The Sales Engineer drives sales by providing technical expertise, solution design, and partner support. This role boosts sales velocity, improves partner performance, enhances customer satisfaction, and increases team efficiency, leading to significant revenue growth.
What You Will Do
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements, providing expert advice on Wildix UCaaS solutions
  • Conduct detailed assessments of client infrastructure to recommend appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design customized UCaaS solutions, including network design, integration strategies, and deployment plans
  • Develop comprehensive solution architectures and create detailed proposals, diagrams, and presentations for clients
  • Maintain expertise in Wildix UCaaS products, features, and capabilities, staying updated on industry trends and providing guidance to internal teams and clients
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to specific client requirements, addressing technical inquiries and ensuring client understanding
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, addressing technical objections and negotiating technical aspects of contracts
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client requirements and market trends
  • Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and training resources
  • Set-up a Wildix solution like PBX and support new partners in their first implementations if required.
  • This role will require travel.

What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering or technical consulting role in the UCaaS, CCaaS or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of Unified Communications technologies, including VoIP, video conferencing, messaging, and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in setting up UCaaS solutions like PBXs
  • Familiarity with AI-Driven Business Intelligence

Compensation - The total compensation for this role is between $100K and $140K gross per year, including base salary and commissions. The final offer will fall within this range, and reflects the candidate's skills, experience, and work location.
