This role requires expertise in commissioning, burner tuning, and troubleshooting across various industrial applications. The technician will travel 80% of the time to job sites across the U.S., often on short notice, and provide remote troubleshooting to customers when needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Commission industrial boilers, heaters, burners, and ancillary equipment. Commission control systems.
  • Perform precise burner tuning, ensuring optimal combustion efficiency and emissions compliance.
  • Troubleshoot PLC programming issues, including logic errors and integration with control systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve wiring and electrical problems, ensuring safe and reliable equipment operation.
  • Travel extensively (80% of the time) throughout the U.S., with the ability to respond quickly to urgent service requests.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, guiding them through technical challenges.
