We're seeking an accomplished Information Technology (IT) Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Director of IT this position will be responsible for all user support in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and operating system issues (Windows and/or macOS)
  • Respond to and resolve tickets escalated from Level 1 support within defined SLA timeframes
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, applications, and updates
  • Perform user account administration (password resets, permissions, group membership)
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and common enterprise tools
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device setup and access provisioning
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, WiFi, DNS, DHCP)
  • Coordinate with network and infrastructure teams on escalated issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, procedures, and asset inventory
  • Provide on-site and remote support as required
  • Participate in after-hours or on-call support rotations as needed


Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field or combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and advanced analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making.
