Job description

This role is full-time, salaried, and fully remote.
Job Summary: Responsible for working with the Recruitment Team to recruit physicians for all specialties assigned. Work alongside VP Recruitment and Provider Services with the development of strategic physician recruitment plans. The position has the additional focus of helping to retain providers through practice enhancement and development activities.
Essential Functions:
• Attract and source multi-specialty physicians and APPs, primarily, but not limited to, General/Orthopedic Surgery, Anesthesiology, Urology, and Gastroenterology
• Ensures the timely and effective completion of daily activities tracked within Salesforce
• Works with SHP leadership to improve customer satisfaction in areas that directly affect the company's ability to attract new physicians
• Work with the team in improving retention processes for physicians and tracking progress
• Gathers, processes, and reports physician trends to leadership
• Supports procedures to ensure effective efforts to recruit physicians
• Coordinates physician interview schedules
• Uses various resources for the sourcing of candidates to build a provider pipeline
• Screens candidates with working knowledge of the vetting processes
• Able to navigate salary discussions and initiate provider contracts
• Confirm that job ads are current
• Attends conferences as needed
• Attend internal meetings when scheduled and communicate recruitment issues to the appropriate staff as directed
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years physician/healthcare recruiting experience required
  • Confident when speaking with physicians or senior leaders in positions of authority
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Strong communication/listening, planning, analytical/technical skills, and solid business acumen are required
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize and organize tasks
  • Flexibility in varying situations
  • Ability to work independently and with the team
  • Salesforce experience is a plus

Salary Description
$80,000 - $85,000 annual salary + potential bonus
