Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will primarily consist of clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. You will be instrumental in providing a compassionate and effective therapeutic relationship that fosters healing and growth. Your expertise in trauma-informed care will be vital in delivering customized therapy plans based on individual assessments.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
  • An active state license in Pennsylvania to practice independently as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health, providing direct therapy services, preferably in a primary therapist capacity.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in trauma-focused clinical settings is highly desirable.
  • Competency in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation processes.
