Parkside Psychological Center, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote outpatient practice. • Conduct comprehensive psychotherapy sessions for children, adolescents, and adults, being attentive to their unique backgrounds and needs.
• Utilize clinical assessment tools to conceptualize cases effectively, ensuring a tailored approach to each client’s therapy plan.
• Facilitate case collaboration with other professionals when necessary, to coordinate care and share valuable insights.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in alignment with state regulations and organizational protocols, ensuring that all records are completed accurately and timely.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and enhance clinical skills.

Your caseload will primarily consist of clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. You will be instrumental in providing a compassionate and effective therapeutic relationship that fosters healing and growth. Your expertise in trauma-informed care will be vital in delivering customized therapy plans based on individual assessments.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• An active state license in Pennsylvania to practice independently as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health, providing direct therapy services, preferably in a primary therapist capacity.

• Experience working in trauma-focused clinical settings is highly desirable.
• Competency in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation processes.
