Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver psychotherapy services to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges.
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and formulate insightful case conceptualizations to guide the therapeutic process.
  • Engage in case collaboration with other professionals as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans to maximize client outcomes and satisfaction.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from varied backgrounds and present with a wide array of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your expertise in trauma-informed therapy will be instrumental as you help clients navigate their challenges and work toward recovery. You will engage with clients in a way that emphasizes their strengths and fosters resilience, enhancing their overall mental well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • An active license to practice independently in the State of Pennsylvania as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • A solid foundation in therapeutic practices supported by at least two years of experience as a mental health counselor, preferably in a primary therapist capacity.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in trauma-focused therapy modalities and a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation efficiently.
  • Background in community health settings or similar environments where multidisciplinary collaboration is essential.
