You will have access to state-of-the-art telehealth tools and resources, enabling you to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-ups efficiently and effectively. As a member of our remote team, you will engage in regular virtual meetings and professional development opportunities to foster collaboration and connection with your colleagues.

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to identify mental health issues and inform the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical documentation that adheres to ethical, legal, and professional practice standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development by utilizing evidence-based practices and staying informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment by collaborating with other mental health professionals to enhance treatment efficacy and client satisfaction.

You will work with a wide range of clients, including children and adolescents, families, and adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges. Our diverse client base requires counselors who are not only skilled in various therapeutic approaches but also culturally competent and sensitive to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current active state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing mental health services in therapeutic or clinical settings, particularly with children and families.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.
• Excellent organizational abilities and effective time management skills to handle multiple clients and maintain session schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while fostering relationships with colleagues for ongoing support and professional exchange.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Proficiency in utilizing assessment tools and frameworks to formulate treatment goals.
• Previous experience in a multidisciplinary team environment, collaborating with various health care professionals and specialists.

The salary range for this Licensed Professional Counselor position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer:
