This role is 100% remote, affording our therapists the flexibility to work from home while connecting with clients through virtual sessions. • Deliver therapeutic services to clients of all ages, employing evidence-based modalities tailored to their individual needs.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and case conceptualizations to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Engage in case collaboration with other professionals and stakeholders when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, following organizational protocols and compliance standards.
• Utilize advanced teletherapy technologies to facilitate engaging and effective counseling sessions.

At Parkside, we serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, many of whom are coping with trauma-related issues. Our therapists use trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. This role calls for a deep understanding of the complexities of trauma and its impact on mental health, as well as the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients to facilitate healing.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active licensure in the State of Pennsylvania to practice independently as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• A solid foundation in trauma-informed care methodologies and a commitment to continuous professional development.

• At least 2 to 3 years of direct experience as a primary therapist in a mental health setting, applying clinical skills in therapeutic relationships.
• Experience utilizing telehealth practices or virtual counseling platforms is highly desirable.
• Background in working with diverse populations and familiarity with the unique challenges faced by clients from varied backgrounds.
