This full-time remote position is a unique opportunity for professionals with a passion for trauma-informed care to provide essential mental health services to diverse individuals and families. The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their emotional and psychological challenges through expert clinical skills and evidence-based practices.

About the Organization

At Parkside, we serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, many of whom are coping with trauma-related issues. Our therapists use trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. This role calls for a deep understanding of the complexities of trauma and its impact on mental health, as well as the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients to facilitate healing.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Active licensure in the State of Pennsylvania to practice independently as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • A solid foundation in trauma-informed care methodologies and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 to 3 years of direct experience as a primary therapist in a mental health setting, applying clinical skills in therapeutic relationships.
  • Experience utilizing telehealth practices or virtual counseling platforms is highly desirable.
  • Background in working with diverse populations and familiarity with the unique challenges faced by clients from varied backgrounds.
Compensation and Benefits

Parkside offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • 401(k) matching benefits to help you secure your financial future.
  • Opportunities for paid certifications and specialized training to enhance your professional skills.
  • Flexible scheduling options to support a balanced lifestyle.
  • Full health insurance coverage with additional wellness resources.
  • Generous paid time off policies to encourage rest and rejuvenation.
