The successful candidate will earn an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position offers a dynamic remote work setting, with occasional visits to our outpatient office in Erie, Pennsylvania. • Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions based on customized treatment plans, addressing the unique needs of each client.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, leading to the creation of personalized therapeutic strategies.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to guarantee holistic care, ensuring that physical and mental health needs are met.
• Engage with clients' family members, educational institutions, and other involved parties to align treatment goals and support systems.
• Assist clients in defining and achieving their treatment objectives, offering guidance and motivation along the way.
• Provide case management services, identifying and facilitating referrals to external resources such as support groups or specialized programs as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client progress and treatment plans within our electronic health record systems.
• Stay informed on the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health therapy, applying this knowledge to enhance service delivery.
• Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines within the field of mental health counseling, especially concerning client confidentiality and professional conduct.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active Licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or in a comparable role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Capability to work autonomously while also being an effective team player.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation and tracking progress.
• Willingness to accommodate flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to best support client needs.

• Experience in a clinical setting providing therapy for diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
