Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions based on comprehensive assessments and client-specific treatment plans, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Perform thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, establishing tailored treatment objectives that encourage progress and achieve successful outcomes.
• Facilitate collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and community resources, to optimize client care and treatment efficacy.
• Engage clients' families, support systems, and educational institutions as necessary, ensuring a strong network for achieving therapeutic goals.
• Provide case management services to assist clients in navigating external resources, including referrals for additional support services and welfare programs.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, progress, and treatment modifications, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality mandates.
• Remain informed about current research, therapeutic methodologies, and best practices to enhance your clinical skills and the services provided to clients.
• Adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines governing mental health practice to maintain an environment of trust and safety for clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling.
• Proficient communication and active listening skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to navigate and use electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively for client documentation and data management.
• Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend sessions as required by client needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, effectively adapting therapeutic approaches to meet unique needs.
• Previous involvement in community health initiatives or outreach, emphasizing therapeutic support in underserved populations.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and interprofessional collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
