Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
  • Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, collaborating on complex cases to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and attendance at relevant seminars to remain up-to-date with the latest research in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population in various life situations. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
