• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, collaborating on complex cases to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and attendance at relevant seminars to remain up-to-date with the latest research in mental health.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population in various life situations. You will have the opportunity to support individuals facing mental health issues such as chronic stress, family dynamics, substance abuse, and trauma recovery. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is highly preferred.
• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practices.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a significant sign-on bonus, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including:
