• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and risk assessments to understand each patient's unique needs and develop a tailored treatment approach.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.
• Engage in crisis intervention and stabilization, effectively providing support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff to ensure a cohesive and integrated care experience for each patient.
• Monitor and assess patients' progress regularly, adapting treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions and coping strategies.
• Assist in crafting discharge and aftercare plans to sustain patients' progress post-treatment.
• Remain compliant with all ethical, legal, and facility guidelines relevant to mental health practices to uphold the highest standards of care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training sessions and case consultations to continuously refine your skills.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing a wide range of mental health disorders, chronic illnesses, and trauma. Our patients vary in age and background, requiring a culturally sensitive approach to care. • Possession of an active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Missouri is a requisite.
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is necessary to qualify for this role.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and advocacy skills are essential for effectively engaging patients.
