• Laptop deployment and migration experience
• Strong end-user support and communication skills
• Hardware troubleshooting and break/fix support

• Experience working within a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking 2 Deskside Support Technicians to assist with a large-scale laptop migration project. These resources will work directly with end users to deploy new devices, complete workstation refreshes, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide exceptional customer support throughout the migration lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on support work in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Support laptop refresh and migration activities. Deploy, configure, and validate new laptops. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Provide deskside support during migration waves. Schedule and communicate with end users. Support printers, docks, monitors, and mobile peripherals. Escalate issues to Infrastructure teams when necessary. Track assets and document activities in ServiceNow.
