Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Healious Psychiatry, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments tailored to the unique needs of each patient, developing individualized treatment plans to guide the therapeutic process.
• Provide a range of therapeutic services that include individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy, thereby addressing various relational dynamics and mental health concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and continuity of treatment.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients manage anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Documentation is critical; maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical notes in accordance with state and facility regulations, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
• Educate clients and their families on coping strategies, mental health resources, and community support networks, empowering them to take charge of their mental wellness.
• Engage in regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed about best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve serving diverse individuals and families facing emotional and psychological struggles. This may include clients dealing with marital issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will provide a safe space where clients can express their feelings and work towards personalized goals, enabling them to achieve better mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Missouri.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric setting, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with a wide range of mental health disorders.
• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and experienced in providing services to diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster therapeutic rapport and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of state and federal mental health regulations to ensure compliance and high standards of care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging between $80,000 - $90,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
