Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Engage in a fast-paced Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) phone environment, taking back-to-back customer calls starting at 8:00 AM EST
- Utilize advanced technical, functional, and product knowledge to address complex insurance questions
- Act as a dedicated resource for specialized over-65 insurance products, ensuring plan participants, providers, and stakeholders receive accurate guidance.
- Identify patterns of inconsistent claims filing, obtain necessary records from employer groups or members, and update claims and membership records.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Prior experience working in a high-volume call center environment
- Proven experience working successfully in a work-from-home environment
- A high school diploma or GED is required, paired with 0-3 years of related experience
