Job description

The Social App is a revolutionary new global telecommunications app that is looking for a software engineer to help build its ecosystem. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who will be part of our path of destruction that will ultimately disrupt the Global Telecommunications Market by providing connectivity to the global unconnected along with the connected, especially when an oppressive government clamps down on their fundamental right.

Responsibilities

  1. Create, maintain and expand design The Social App architecture.
  2. Participate in next-generation features and guide the rest of the team on development and deployment needs.
  3. Write translators (APIs) between applications and various internal and third-party design software packages
  4. Work with Front-End team to optimize both front and backend of the consumer application
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement architectural improvements for faster engineering design cycle iterations

Requirements

  1. Bachelor Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent with some courses in electronics/electrical engineering
  2. Experience with web technologies and web frameworks (React/Node/Dash/PHP/CSS, etc.)
  3. Experience with GoLang
  4. Experience with Flutter
  5. Experience with Java
  6. Experience with Swift
  7. Experience with AWS/EC2
  8. Experience with Node.Js
  9. Knowledge of machine learning and data analytics
  10. Experience in building highly scalable architectures
  11. Experience working in a fast-paced environment on a number of different projects
  12. Automating your repetitive development tasks
  13. Using version control (Git)
  14. Knowledgable and experience with Blockchain and Crypto

Location: Remote with quarterly all-hands in-person.
