This is a high-impact project delivery role within a fast-growing, global technology environment.
You will lead complex, high-visibility projects spanning mobile connectivity, enterprise software, networks, and new market launches.
The role combines strategic project ownership with hands-on coordination across internal teams, vendors, mobile network operators, and service partners.
You will be responsible for keeping initiatives on track across scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and risk.
You will also contribute to technical network integrations and ensure regulatory and quality requirements are met.
Working remotely with international stakeholders, you will have significant ownership and visibility across the organization.
It is an opportunity to shape project governance and help deliver connectivity solutions used by travelers around the world.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead complex, high-exposure, multi-faceted projects and ensure successful execution against strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate internal deliverables and external activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Act as the primary project management interface with mobile network operators, vendors, suppliers, and service partners globally.
  • Establish project plans covering timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, critical paths, resources, and priorities.
  • Track, measure, and report project performance, maintaining clear visibility of progress, risks, issues, and required actions.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address potential delivery challenges.
  • Manage vendors and suppliers against agreed timelines, budgets, quality expectations, and delivery commitments.
  • Apply recognized project management standards and best practices to strengthen project governance and execution.
  • Make informed decisions around resource allocation, prioritization, and project dependencies.
  • Ensure appropriate quality assurance practices are applied in collaboration with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams.
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance activities for projects entering new markets, involving Legal and Product Management stakeholders where required.
  • Coordinate technical activities involved in integrating new mobile networks into an existing technology platform.
  • Serve as a first-level escalation point for delivery issues and coordinate appropriate resolution across stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain effective, professional communication with internal and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the mobile telecommunications industry.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience delivering enterprise software deployment and integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of eSIM technology, its applications, and relevant use cases.
  • Good understanding of mobile roaming concepts, including passive and active roaming, international calling, and sponsored roaming.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, with experience working across approaches ranging from Waterfall to Agile.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning and execution, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, critical paths, risk management, and status reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-oriented approach to delivery.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently in a business environment.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across international and cross-functional teams.
  • Project management certifications or formal training such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM are considered advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications network technologies, particularly Mobile Core and OSS/BSS, is a plus.
  • Previous international working experience is highly desirable.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote working environment, with the role open across supported locations in Europe.
  • Full-time, permanent employment.
  • Location-based compensation reflecting local market rates and cost of living.
  • For Germany, compensation is aligned with the applicable European salary band; the wider European ranges span approximately 31,023-131,675, depending on location and market.
  • Opportunity to work in a genuinely international environment with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and flexibility in a remote-first culture.
  • Opportunities to learn, take on new challenges, and make a meaningful impact on a globally used connectivity product.
  • Additional benefits and perks are provided according to location and local employment arrangements.
