As a Technical Account Manager specializing in AI-driven Martech solutions, you will act as the key bridge between advanced technology, data capabilities, and business objectives. You will help enterprise clients unlock the value of AI by understanding their challenges, designing impactful solutions, and guiding successful implementations from strategy to delivery. Working with diverse stakeholders across marketing, data, and technology teams, you will manage complex projects and build long-term client partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative AI products, international customers, and a remote-first team where ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning are highly valued.

Accountabilities
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding business goals, operational challenges, and opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
  • Analyze customer needs and translate business requirements into actionable project plans, deliverables, success metrics, and value propositions.
  • Lead AI implementation projects end-to-end, including business case development, planning, scoping, onboarding, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients by facilitating discovery workshops, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting adoption of AI-powered solutions.
  • Coordinate client onboarding activities, including business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery planning.
  • Translate business insights into technical specifications and collaborate with internal technology, data, and product teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular business reviews, progress updates, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Monitor project performance through business KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics, and service-level objectives while proactively managing risks.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing ongoing guidance, operational support, and strategic recommendations to maximize long-term value.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field with strong technical aptitude.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, project management, or customer-facing roles within Martech, AI, SaaS, or complex IT environments.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build trusted relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to organize priorities and work independently in a fast-changing environment.
  • Understanding of ETL processes, data architectures, and technology-driven business solutions.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences.
  • Fluent Italian communication skills (native level preferred) and advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
  • Experience with marketing analytics, marketing technology, AI applications, CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot), ERP systems, or business intelligence tools is considered an advantage.
