About the Role:
As a CBRE Program Coordinator, you will provide basic administrative and logistical support to the program team. This includes project documentation preparation, scheduling meetings and communication, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, tracking project progress, and assisting with financial reconciliation. This role is part of the Program Management function. The team is responsible for the management of programs from initiation through completion.
What You'll Do:
• Process documentation for program commitments. Obtain external quotes for processing. Coordinate change orders, change directives and contemplative change notices with vendors and stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding programs amongst teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with contract administration. This includes attending meetings, preparing correspondence, and tracking deliverables.
• Enter program information and data into program management technology tools.
• Track program milestones, budgets, and resources. Prepare and distribute regular program status reports.
• Process invoices and expense reports. Assist with program financial administration and reconciliation.
• Assist the program closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You'll Need:
• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
