We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead a large-scale Agile Release Train (ART) within a complex digital product ecosystem. The RTE will drive planning, execution, and continuous improvement across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, flow, and predictable delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate PI Planning, ART ceremonies, and cross-team coordination.
- Remove impediments, manage risks, and maintain delivery flow across teams.
- Partner with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering to ensure alignment.
- Track and report metrics such as velocity, predictability, dependencies, and quality.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams in SAFe and Lean-Agile practices.
- Promote governance, transparency, and consistent operating rhythms across the ART.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Agile delivery experience, including RTE, Agile Coach, or Senior Scrum Master roles.
- Strong command of SAFe, Lean-Agile principles, and multi-team delivery.
