ROLE OVERVIEW
 
We’re looking for an Early Careers Sales Development Representative to join our global team. In this role, you will support our Business Development Directors and collaborate with colleagues across production, marketing, operations, and leadership. You’ll help strengthen existing client relationships and identify new opportunities within the Localization industry.
 
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who enjoys learning, building connections, and working in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll receive training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to customer engagement, sales processes, and account development as you grow toward managing your own portfolio.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
 
- Support Business Development Directors with day-to-day account coordination and help ensure excellent customer care.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction metrics across Localization clients.
- Research potential clients and market trends, gathering insights to support account strategies.
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Draft proposals with support from the Customer Success team.
- Help maintain account plans, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in prospecting activities to build early-stage client relationships.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, including forecasts, opportunities, and activity tracking.
- Assist in preparing RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to understand value propositions and service offerings.
- Support your manager in identifying high-value client targets and refining sales and marketing approaches.
- Help move opportunities through early stages of the sales cycle with growing independence.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, projects, and client segments as your experience develops.
- Work closely with internal teams to align expectations and deliverables across departments.
 
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
 
- Up to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, customer success, operations, or related roles.
- Interest in developing skills in B2B client engagement and consultative sales.
- Experience or coursework in research, data analysis, presentations, or customer-related work is helpful.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas clearly.
- Ability to work with data to support decision-making (Excel/Sheets, reporting, basic analysis).
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and moving work forward.
 
EDUCATION
 
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent practical experience.
