Understand how data flows between systems and ensure changes to one part of the platform do not create downstream issues in another.</li> <li>Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business impact, technical complexity, and resource availability, helping prioritize work against larger project and business goals.</li> <li>Collaborate on the strategy, discovery, and execution of initiatives involving complex system integrations, enhancements, and customer-facing features.</li> <li>Own the product backlog: create detailed, technically sound user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation within JIRA and Confluence.</li> <li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions on time.</li> <li>Balance technical debt, new capabilities, and operational improvements.</li> <li>Actively manage timelines and deliverables, focusing on interactions within and across departments; collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with developers to define technical requirements, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives.</li> <li>Act as a translator between business and technical stakeholders, clarifying business needs while advocating for technical best practices.</li> <li>Lead UAT planning and execution to ensure product quality across projects and releases.</li> <li>Support end-to-end testing, QA, and validation for technical implementations and system integrations.</li> <li>Establish metrics for key projects and ensure monitoring plans support business goals; analyze product performance and resolve technical issues post-launch.</li> <li>Effectively communicate complex insights and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable language for non-technical stakeholders across Engineering, QA, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing, adapting your communication style to the audience and ensure all teams are aligned on priorities and impact.</li> <li>Identify and communicate problems affecting the team and proactively propose and implement solutions.</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end order lifecycle, including payments, inventory, fulfilment, shipping, and returns and ensure platform decisions reflect the operational and financial impact of changes across the business.</li> <li>Work with data to validate outcomes Use data tools (SQL, BigQuery, or similar) to validate requirements, verify outcomes, and support evidence-based decision making.
