Technical Product Managerย
We are seeking a highly motivatedย Technical Product Managerย to support our healthcare services industry clients. This role requires a strong blend of product management, business analysis, and technical delivery experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working closely with engineering, architecture, data, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.ย
The Technical Product Manager serves as the voice of the customer for the Agile delivery team and is responsible for ensuring product priorities align with business objectives, technical feasibility, and measurable outcomes. This individual will partner closely with engineering teams, architects, and client stakeholders to drive product delivery from discovery through implementation.ย
Key Responsibilitiesย
Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to understand customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.ย ย
Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready backlog items.ย ย
Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, release, and adoption.ย ย
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to define scalable solution designs, integration requirements, API dependencies, data flows, and system impacts.ย ย
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, and release readiness activities.ย ย
Develop KPIs, success metrics, and business analytics to measure product adoption, performance, and ROI.ย ย

Qualificationsย
Education and Experienceย
Bachelorโs degree in business, computer science, information systems, data analytics, engineering, or a related field required. Advanced degree preferred.ย ย
3+ years of experience inย Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles supporting technical product delivery.ย ย
Experience working in healthcare services, healthcare technology, healthcare analytics, or regulated enterprise environments preferred.ย ย
Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle, system integrations, APIs, data flows, cloud-based platforms, and enterprise application architecture.ย ย
