Job description

Super Dispatch is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build, innovate, and execute on our Platform & Integrations roadmap, including our public API and the ecosystem of partner and third party integrations that other Super Dispatch teams build on. This role demands a lean product development mindset and strong technical fluency, working in close partnership with engineering in a dynamic, fast paced, and data oriented environment.
This is a US based role that reports directly to our CPO, and requires the person to be flexible and collaborate closely with our engineering teams in Central Asia time zones, as well as with the other Product group leads whose teams depend on the platform.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help stand up and shape a new, foundational team at a high growth SaaS company with incredible growth potential.
About Super Dispatch
Super Dispatch is the leading end-to-end transport management platform built exclusively for the auto transport industry. For too long, vehicle shipping has been burdened by fragmentation, endless phone calls, and mountain loads of manual paperwork. We are changing that. By connecting shippers and carriers within a single, unified digital ecosystem, Super Dispatch eliminates operational friction and transforms how cars move.
Who We Are:
Our diverse team is composed of highly motivated professionals with a passion for solving big problems with technology. Our core values are built around learning, growing, evolving, and continuous experimentation. We believe and practice taking bold risks. We embrace failure as a lesson. We put our team first. We are committed to supporting each other and helping each other grow on this journey.
What You'll Do:
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Platform & Integrations, including our public API and third party integration ecosystem that other Super Dispatch product teams (Carrier, Shipper, and Broker experiences) build on.
  • Own and evolve our Public API Update and Change Management Policy, ensuring changes are well scoped, clearly communicated to customers and partners, and executed with minimal disruption.
  • Collaborate with external partners and integration providers to identify, prioritize, and build new connections into the Super Dispatch platform.
  • Work closely with engineering and design to define, document, and execute on the vision and roadmap for the platform, in close coordination with the other Product group leads who depend on it.
  • Define and monitor platform and integration health, adoption, and API usage metrics.
  • Own the design system and overall UX information architecture across Super Dispatch's products, partnering with the Design Council to keep patterns, components, and cross-team experience consistent as the platform grows.
  • Work directly with the Design Council's architecture leads to set direction for the design system, resolving trade offs between platform level consistency and individual team needs.
  • Represent design system and Information Architecture in roadmap planning, ensuring investment in shared UX foundations keeps pace with the needs of the teams building on top of Platform & Integrations.
  • Communicate on a regular basis your progress on roadmap items, learnings, plans, and problems you have identified, including directly with executive leadership.
  • Partner with Support and Marketing on external communications for API changes and integration launches.

What We're Looking For:
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with a background building and scaling public APIs, developer platforms, or partner and integration ecosystems.
  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to work directly and credibly with engineers on API design and architecture trade offs.
  • Comfortable standing up a new, still forming team and helping shape process and scope as engineering is staffed.
  • Experience working in a metrics and experimentation driven organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across remote and distributed teams in different time zones, including the US, Europe, and Central Asia, and to partner directly with executive leadership.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast paced startup culture by adjusting quickly to changing priorities, multitasking effectively, and delivering results with limited resources.
  • Analytical problem solver with the ability to structure and process data, navigate uncharted waters, and draw actionable insights to tackle complex challenges.
  • Collaborative and open minded team player, skilled at working cross functionally, building positive relationships, and giving and receiving constructive feedback effectively.
  • Bonus points if you have a background in transportation/logistics, B2B, or Marketplace products.
  • Systematic thinker with a strong ability to balance big picture strategy with detailed execution and delivery.
  • Open to criticism and ideas, with a positive attitude toward feedback and continuous improvement.

Within 1 month, you'll...
  • Graduate from Super Dispatch's company wide new employee onboarding program to understand who we are, how we work, and what we're building.
  • Get up to speed on the scope of Platform & Integrations: the public API, existing and emerging partner integrations and how they connect to Carrier TMS, Shipper TMS, and the broader Marketplace.
  • Meet with leadership and the other Product group leads to understand current dependencies, priorities, and open questions.

Within 3 months, you'll...
  • Own the near term roadmap for Platform & Integrations, including Information Architecture, APIs, and integration priorities.
  • Begin partnering directly with engineering to define and execute the plan.
  • Take over end to end ownership of the Public API Update and Change Management process.

Within 6 months, you'll...
  • Take over full roadmap execution for Platform & Integrations, including setting priorities and driving key adoption and usage metrics.
  • Build strong working relationships with the other group leads whose teams depend on the platform.
  • Identify gaps in our integration and partner ecosystem strategy and propose actionable solutions.

Within 12 months, you'll...
  • Fully own the Platform & Integrations roadmap and vision with minimal oversight from leadership.
  • Maintain a working backlog that informs both short term priorities and next year's roadmap planning.
  • Set a strategic vision for Super Dispatch's platform and partner ecosystem that aligns with company goals and enhances development efficiency across teams.
