Role: D365 F&O Finance Tech Advisor

Location: Seattle, WA, Remote Role

Duration: 6+ months

Description:

Tech Advisor JD: 5+ years of experience

  • Candidate must have hands‑on experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules with strong functional understanding
  • Knowledge on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting modules
  • Partner with MS product and engineering teams to Escalate and resolve complex product issues, Perform issue triage via Lifecycle Services (LCS)
  • Analyze Finance module related issues and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Provide proactive technical advisory support to customers
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot functional issues, analyze root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Have excellent communication skill and manage customer engagement
  • Experience in Product support engagements is preferred
  • Partner with MS Product Engineering and FastTrack teams to provide technical guidance
