This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and personalized mental health care to clients through diagnosis, therapy, and management.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy tailored to each clientโ€™s unique preferences and needs.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and prepare treatment plans that are client-centered and adaptable to ongoing feedback.
  • Facilitate weekly or biweekly follow-up treatment sessions, monitoring client progress, and adjusting strategies as necessary based on data-driven insights and therapeutic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with case management teams to ensure comprehensive care and support services for clients.
  • Exhibit strong crisis management skills, responding effectively to urgent client needs while maintaining a serene therapeutic environment.
  • Communicate consistently with clients using remote technologies, ensuring a steady and supportive connection throughout treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will be directed towards a broad spectrum of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief. At Braver Perspective, we prioritize culturally competent care that respects and embraces the diverse backgrounds of our clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.
  • Proven ability to work independently and exhibit critical thinking to deliver effective mental health services.
  • Experience using EMR systems and remote communication technologies.
  • Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills with a competency in a variety of psychotherapy modalities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and openness with clients.
  • A clean professional record with no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
