Job description

We are looking to immediately hire for a NIGHT shiftConcierge/Front Deskposition
The Concierge/Front Desk is a key role in creating a safe and secure environment for our residents. The successful candidate will create and maintain a strong, cross-functional, staff relationship by encouraging professionalism, communication, dedication to customer service and a commitment to conscientious response.
The Concierge/Front Desk serves as the information referral center for all residents, families, potential residents, staff, guests, community contacts, and others visiting the community.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing safe and timely response to emergent and non-emergent calls from residents.
  • Monitoring security monitors and fire alarm systems in the building, including the garage and lobby area.
  • Graciously greeting any community visitors, displaying exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Performing entry level tech support to residents as needed
  • Providing administrative support for community operations including daily Concierge and Maintenance Reports, maintaining resident information and contact lists, support for holiday mailings and community celebrations, and much more.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Minimum 1 year of experience answering phones and transferring calls.
  • Excellent work history and attendance record.
  • Comfortable with entry level office tasks such as printing and making photocopies, laminating, mail forwarding, and distribution of miscellaneous materials.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask, problem solve and communicate events accurately to management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to respond calmly and politely to all residents, visitors and staff.
  • Able to stay calm and focused on an emergency and ability to work independently with or without direct supervision.
