Fractional Talent Acquisition Specialist


Triumph Higher Education Group is seeking a Fractional Talent Acquisition Specialist who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven, multitasking environment. 


This role will focus exclusively on finding talent to join our Admissions Representatives as we grow our Admissions Department. 


The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and retaining talent in a for-profit school. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing,selection, pre-employment screening and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support a high volume of open requisitions and meet staffing needs.
  • Proactively source qualified candidates from vocational schools, colleges, higher education institutions, and related organizations, with a focus on professionals who have at least 2-3 years of consistent admissions experience.
  • Conduct structured video (Zoom) interviews to evaluate candidates' communication skills, understanding of the admissions process, experience in compliance knowledge and strong aptitude for consultative sales.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, evaluate candidates, and support successful hiring decisions.
  • Utilize our ATS and recruiting tools to manage requisitions, applications, candidate communications, interview activity, and pipeline progress. ATS experience required, Paylocity experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Leverage sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed, to identify and engage qualified talent.
  • Maintain accurate and timely notes and recruiting records.

Requirements


Education


A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management, sales, or a related field is preferred.


Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Persuasive and professional virtual communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively assess candidates and communicate recruiting recommendations.

Remote Work Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must maintain a professional, distraction-free home office environment.
  • Must have reliable internet access and the ability to conduct professional video (Zoom) interviews.
  • Must comply with our dress code which requires professional business attire. 

Thexpected hourly range for this position is between $26.00 and $30.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
