Job description

ABOUT WULF.

Wulf Talent is a multi industry staffing and talent solutions firm. We hunt superstar talent for exceptional workplaces, and in the Bolingbrook market, that means getting out from behind the screen and into the room with the people who are hiring.

Every recruiter and business developer on our team is a Wulf, someone who combines sharp instincts with a genuine commitment to the people and companies we work with. We're expanding our Bolingbrook pack and looking for a hunter, someone who thrives on opening doors, building relationships face to face, and closing staffing partnerships. If uncapped earning potential sounds like your kind of freedom, keep reading.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Business Development Specialist at Wulf Talent, your mission is simple: get in front of Bolingbrook companies that need recruiting support and bring them into the pack.

This is a boots on the ground role. You'll be knocking on doors, walking into businesses, and meeting decision makers in person across Bolingbrook, IL. When you're not out visiting clients, you're working remote, prospecting, building your pipeline, and managing your leads.

THIS ROLE IS YOURS TO SHAPE

You control the pipeline. You control the relationships. You control the income. There are no earning caps.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Prospect and identify Bolingbrook companies that actively hire talent
  • Walk in, introduce yourself, and open the conversation face to face
  • Build relationships with decision makers, including CEOs, HR leaders, and hiring managers
  • Secure signed recruiting agreements with new clients
  • Collaborate with our recruiting team to fill open roles for your clients
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships and sniff out additional hiring needs
  • Manage remote outreach through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and phone between visits

IDEAL BACKGROUND

Strong fit for candidates with experience in:

  • Staffing or recruiting sales
  • B2B sales or agency account management
  • Business development in professional services
  • Entrepreneurs or independent sales professionals

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Are comfortable prospecting and starting conversations from scratch, in person and remote
  • Know how to sell value, not just price
  • Enjoy building long term relationships face to face
  • Want unlimited earning potential with no ceiling

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

TERRITORY

Bolingbrook, IL Market. Your feet on the street.

EARNING CAP

None. Ever.

SCHEDULE

A hybrid mix: field visits across the market, remote prospecting the rest of the time.

  • Split your time between in person client visits and remote lead building
  • Backed by an experienced recruiting team that fills the roles you land
  • Build your own client portfolio, this is your book of business
  • No micromanagement. Results speak for themselves.

You focus on opening doors and building partnerships.

We focus on delivering the talent.

THE MARKET OPPORTUNITY

Bolingbrook companies are struggling to hire qualified professionals across every industry. That's a massive opening for a business developer who's willing to show up in person and introduce them to the right recruiting partner.

Wulf Talent is expanding its footprint in Bolingbrook, IL, and this role is for someone who wants to be part of that growth. 1099, with a strong commission incentive. Join the pack.
