• Provide comprehensive mental health counseling to adults struggling with various mental health and substance use disorders.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches for both single-session and outpatient therapy, ensuring concise and impactful treatment.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans to ensure effective intervention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical providers, to integrate health interventions that address both mental and physical health aspects.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
• Engage with clients with empathy and compassion, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

The Mental Health Therapist will primarily focus on adults facing mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and substance use issues. • Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Must possess a reliable internet connection for seamless teletherapy sessions.
