As a licensed therapist, you will engage in 100% outpatient work within a group practice setting, collaborating with a diverse range of healthcare professionals. • Provide weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or currently enrolled in a Master’s program, guiding their professional development and ensuring quality clinical practice.

• Deliver a range of psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers and community resources to create comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans by conducting thorough assessments, setting treatment goals, and measuring client progress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and record-keeping to comply with legal standards and organizational policies, ensuring that all client interactions are accurately logged.

• Engage with current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy; actively participate in professional development opportunities to continually enhance therapeutic skills.

• Master's Degree in a relevant mental health field.

• Possession of a valid state license (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R).

• Professional liability insurance must be maintained throughout employment.

• Minimum of two years of direct experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

While we require two years of relevant experience, we prefer candidates who have prior supervisory experience managing practicum students or interns, demonstrating their competence in nurturing emerging talent within the mental health field. Familiarity with telehealth technologies is also a plus, given our remote work setting.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
