Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $47.00hr - $52.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Dynatrace Certified Professional (DCP) required.
  • Dynatrace Certified Expert (DCE) highly preferred.
  • Deep architectural knowledge of APM, Log Management, Infrastructure Monitoring, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), and Cloud Platform telemetry.
  • Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, network topologies, and ActiveGate clustering.
  • Proven experience leading technical workshops with stakeholders, managing scope boundaries, and handling technical dependencies.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully execute the technical Dynatrace Spot Assessment to define the deployment roadmap and validate infrastructure requirements during technical Due Diligence.
  • Architect the service mapping, entity tagging strategy, and management zone configurations across complex target environments.
  • Design a RACI-governed engagement model defining clear boundaries for Day 1 Implementation and Day 2 Support.
  • Define the framework for persona-based dashboards and design enterprise-wide SLI/SLO configurations and alerting profiles.
  • Partner with service owners during regular cadences to pitch automation and optimization initiatives, highlighting pipelines that drive operational savings.
  • Lead phased rollout planning and conduct quarterly maturity reviews to ensure platform optimization.
