Talent Acquisition Administrator
Pay: $27.75/hr
Location: Remote
Assignment Length: 2 months (High potential for extension)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM EST

About This Opportunity
Kelly is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrators to join our client, a global leader in the Diesel Engine manufacturing industry. In this critical support role, you will help drive recruitment activity by collaborating closely with the Offsite Talent Acquisition partner, supporting internal and local hiring efforts, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough administrative support throughout the recruitment life cycle, including interview coordination, background check management, candidate communications, and maintaining process efficiency.
  • Review and process employment applications to assess qualifications and eligibility.
  • Act as a liaison with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews, coordinating with the Offsite TA partner.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
  • Engage with grassroots initiatives and community recruitment efforts.
  • Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) input, updates, and reporting to maintain accurate records.
  • Support with tracking metrics and generating regular hiring and activity reports.
  • Build relationships with key team members and act as a point of contact for recruitment-related queries.


Required Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous related experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Experience in candidate research and identifying suitable talent matches.


Required Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting.
