Job Summary
We are looking for a TA Operations Partner I (Contractor) to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team and provide hands-on support across day-to-day recruiting operations for the US and India. This role will help ensure a smooth and consistent experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders during a period of high operational demand and team member leave of absence. This contract is scheduled to run from June - December 2026.
This is a great opportunity for someone who learns quickly, thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and is passionate about keeping recruiting operations organized, accurate, and efficient.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, adaptable, and comfortable managing a mix of operational, administrative, and coordination-related work across recruiting systems and workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day recruiting operations activities across various workflows

  • Help manage and maintain operational processes tied to requisition audit and approvals, job postings, interview coordination, and offers

  • Update and maintain data within Workday (requisition approvals), LinkedIn, Greenhouse (current ATS) and Ashby (future ATS)

  • Perform routine system audits, reporting, and data quality checks to help ensure operational accuracy

  • Respond to and help resolve tickets related to ATS questions, issues, and workflow requests from internal stakeholders and recruiters

  • Provide flexible operational support across a variety of recruiting operations activities based on business need

Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting Operations, or a similar operational role

  • Familiarity with recruiting and HR systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as a remote worker

  • Comfort working with operational processes, documentation, and spreadsheets/trackers

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting recruiting operations in a high-growth or fast-moving environment

  • Experience with Greenhouse system administration, maintenance, and audits

  • Exposure to interview scheduling, offer support, and process documentation creation

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify process gaps or inconsistencies

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance.
